Another invest real estate option is to rent out a single family home. This is an easy way to get started—in fact, it is how you SHOULD get started! You should start out small, and this is the best way to do so. You can learn management skills from being a landlord or lady, and just as long as you take good care of your tenants, you will never have to worry about the property being vacant!

If you sell a rent-to-own home, you can charge higher rent. You could also put the buyer in charge of maintenance in order to save yourself money. The downside to this option is that many tenants do not always follow through with a purchase, so you may be left with the house after all. Of course, this could turn out to be an advantage, because you can keep on charging high rent, until someone does finally complete the purchase.

Other invest real estate options

One advantage of commercial properties is that you can earn high returns from multi-year leases. You can earn money without having to worry much about management. Just let the company or business, take care of the management while paying you lease money. However, you can also lose income on this type of investment, if the site is vacant.

Land can be a great investment option, just as long as you buy land in a good area with either a booming economy or one on the rise. You would not want to invest in land in an area with no job market, for instance, as nobody will have any interest in it!
You can invest in your own area, in another town or city, or another country! Just make sure you sufficient research before you invest. Real estate brokers and lawyers are also important. You should always consult with a lawyer before buying any land or property for any reason—especially if you want to invest in overseas property. Make sure you understand the laws in that country before buying any land or homes.
